We equip people with the life skills and coping mechanisms to enable to manage their well-being and mental health issues through self-care.
We help people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and burnout. to realise their full potential through our resilience planning courses virtual reality therapy and one-to-one support.
We will support people regardless of their means, through free one-to-one support for individuals to subsidised services including employee assistance programmes (EAP) for organisations through match-funding from the Foundation.
