Our driving force is to equip everyone with the tools to ultimately come to terms and overcome their well-being and any psychological health issues through self-care. Our role is to start you on your personal journey and support you along that course for as long as you need, before giving you the independence with your new skills and coping mechanisms to self-care.
Our online stress and well-being test is free, and a confidential way to find out about your stress and where you are at this juncture in your life. This is a simple yes/no questionnaire that will help to indicate if you are suffering from stress, anxiety or depression.
All clients requesting the free appointment must complete the online questionnaire. Please click this link which will direct you to our Contact Us page where you can request a link to the online questionnaire that must be complete before we make your appointment.
This method enables us to ‘hit the ground running rather than spending your first one-to-one session fact-finding, we are already in a position to discuss solutions to move you forward on a path to recovery.
Once we receive the questionnaire, we will contact you to arrange your free Zoom or Microsoft Teams appointment generally within 24 hours, If you do not receive your link within 24 hours, please check your spam and junk mail before contacting us. We do not give results out over the phone or email.
Clients are under no obligation to book any additional appointments after their free initial consultation.
During the Coronavirus, only online appointments that generally lasts 45 to 60 minutes are being offered to clients via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Dignity Street accept that this is not the perfect solution, but it is the one that is being provided by most organisations throughout the UK during these challenging times.
