‘We provide subsidised and free* mental health support to private individuals’
Dignity Street Foundation well-being mental health consultants specialise in stress, anxiety, depression, phobias and are here to provide you with free stress, anxiety and depression assessments and one-to-one consultations.
Our driving force is to equip everyone with the tools to ultimately come to terms and overcome their well-being and any mental health issues through self-care. Our role is to start you on your personal journey and support you along that course for as long as you need, before giving you the independence with your new skills and coping mechanisms to self care.
Our online stress test is a free questionnaire, and a confidential way to find out about your mental health and where you are at this juncture in your life. This is a simple yes/no questionnaire which will help to indicate if you are suffering from stress, anxiety or depression.
The questionnaire measures the four related negative emotional states of stress, anxiety, depression and life’s events. This assessment tool uses a scale rating system to measure the severity of a range of symptoms related to stress, anxiety, depression and life’s events in effect the questionnaire in a single assessment tool. When you submit your completed questionnaire to us, our health professionals will analyse the results. This information is used as part of our free one-to-one consultations with clients.
After completing your free online Stress Test, a Dignity Street consultant will analyse the results which enables us to build a picture of your situation and needs even before your first consultation.
This method enables us to ‘hit the ground running’ rather than spending your first one-to-one session fact-finding, we are already in a position to discuss solutions to move you forward on a path to recovery.
Please complete our online stress test and submit it, we will then contact to book your free one-to-one consultation. (we are unable to give results by email or over the phone)
