David Course Facilitator and Co-founder of Dignity Street Foundation, has been a Member of the International Association of stress management (ISMA) since 2000. And is uniquely qualified to help you make major breakthroughs in your life, he has been writing and delivering his Stress-Wise and Resilience courses for nearly a quarter of a century. David has taught many thousands of people, his stress-wise and resilience techniques, that have attended his unique self-help programmes.
Testimonial of his reputation comes from the number of patients, referred to David by hospitals, doctors and consultants. Within his private practice, he has treated a wide range of mental health issues, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Anxiety, Depression, Sleep and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Myalgic Encephalitis (M.E.), Bulimia, Anorexia Nervosa, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), chronic pain, and weight reduction.
David uses the most up to date scientific techniques, that are easy to use, but will be remarkably and effective in bringing change and improvement to your life. The Mental Health Well-Being and Resilience training is available at *no cost to clients that are not working. The training is also available in -house for Organisations.
Each person receives an 85 page A5 manual, and set of four audio mp’3 at the end of the course. Containing all the relevant notes needed to refer back to whenever required, and was specially developed to reinforce and build upon the techniques taught during the course itself.
STRESS-WISE & RESILIENCE COURSE IS OVER TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS:
Day one: Stress-Wise 9. am – 5. pm
The purpose of a stress response (Fight or Flight) is to give us more energy as and when required. This energy can be used to a positive effect in helping us to meet deadlines and deal with life’s problems easily and calmly.
So why do we think of stress as a problem? When we say that someone is suffering from stress what we mean is that they are under extra and excessive stress. Too many demands, or too few, are being made and we feel unable to cope.

Day two: Resilience 9.am – 5. pm

Developing yourself to become the person you want to be is a grand challenge, and one that many people undertake in order to create new meaning in their live. It is about taking responsibility for yourself, your thoughts and your actions, understanding how you think and changing yourself for the better.
Davids Stress-Wise and Resilience training is a process, It’s a way for people to learn new skills and qualities, to consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realise and maximise their potential.
You will come away with new skills techniques, and ability to identify precisely what you want in life, and ways to breakdown barriers to those goals, and ultimately how to turn your dreams into reality.
