With as many as 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing mental health issues including stress, anxiety, panic attacks and depression each year, our services have never been more in demand.
Dignity Street Foundation is driven by our adopted social responsibility, to create opportunities for those who have been affected by mental health Issues regain employment, or who are at risk of developing any form of mental ill health.
We offer a range of free support services that include our unique Self-Care Well-being and Resilience course, counselling, mentoring, and a range of self-help training programmes. Programmes provide new skills and the resilience to deal with the mental health issues, stress, anxiety and depression.
David Course Facilitator and Co-founder of Dignity Street Foundation, has been a Member of the International Association of stress management (ISMA) Since 2000 and is uniquely qualified to help you make major breakthroughs in your life. David has been writing and delivering Self-Care and Resilience training for nearly a quarter of a century, and has taught many thousands of people new skills that have attended his unique courses.
Testimonial of his reputation comes from the number of patients, referred to David by hospitals doctors and consultants. Within his private practice, he has treated a wide range of mental health issues, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Anxiety, Depression, Sleep and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Myalgic Encephalitis (M.E.), Bulimia, Anorexia Nervosa, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), chronic pain, and weight reduction.

Charitable Social Responsibility (CSR) quite simply means a lot to us. A strong commitment to (CSR) is one of our core values. We focus on providing a positive and effective contribution, to the communities in which we live and work. We see helping our communities, local employers and organisations, as a natural extension of the commitment we make each and every day to our beneficiaries. For this reason we offer our Self-Care and Resilience Training to companies and organisations.
